What's included in a serviced office at HIVE
Your own air-conditioning control
Every office is furnished, has a door that locks and its own air-conditioning control. Sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs and 24/7 access for members.
Internet, cleaning and utilities
Wi-Fi and wired high-speed fibre internet, cleaning three times a week and utilities are part of the rent.
Meeting-room time and printing
8 hours of meeting-room time a month per office in our four rooms, and 100 printed pages a month per company.
Reception and a business address
Reception on working days with guest welcome, mail handling, a members' lounge and a shared kitchen. After-hours guest access is included. The barista café in the lounge is paid.
Zoom cabinets for calls
5 individual zoom cabinets, free to use, no booking needed.
A business center in Barsha Heights (TECOM)
HIVE is on level 14 of i-Rise Tower, the 37-storey wave-design landmark in Barsha Heights. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Dubai Internet City Metro, or you can take the building's free shuttle bus. The upper floors have Arabian Gulf views.
Office for rent in TECOM (Barsha Heights): quick answers
Can I rent monthly, or only yearly?
Both. Monthly plans are flexible and come without Ejari. Yearly plans cost less per month and include Ejari.
Is there a deposit?
Two months' rent on a yearly contract. One month's rent on a monthly contract. Refundable.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yearly contracts: 4 cheques as standard. Pay in 1 cheque and get 2% off.
Is parking available?
Yes. Covered parking is AED 500 a month on a yearly contract, or AED 600 a month month-to-month. Visitors park at the building's rate.
Can guests visit after hours?
Yes. After-hours guest access is included, and members have 24/7 access.
How long does company setup take?
Typically 4–8 weeks from start to finish, handled by the same team that runs your office.
Is TECOM the same as Barsha Heights?
Yes. Barsha Heights is the current name of the district long known as TECOM, and i-Rise Tower is in it.
From December 2026, your office, your UAE licence, your visas and your meeting rooms are handled from the same desk, at one address.
